Great gym, always clean and tidy. My partner and I signed up through fitness passport and the onboarding was easy. We’re currently training for HYROX and it has everything we need to prep!Also special mention to Moose and Leo - always makes our day seeing them!

Few machines a bit rusty but overall great place and nice staff. Will always come here for quick and nice workout to start my day.Lovely staff helped me all process. Great equipment.
This is a great gym! Staff are really sweet and facilities are great. I would highly recommend to anyone living in strathfield.

the gym is incredibly good, it’s very clean, you have a lot of space and you can do your session quietly without problems 😍and the staff is extremely kind and very observant and welcoming coaches 🥰Je suis française et cette salle est juste la meilleure salle où j’ai pu m’entraîner !!

I would never recommend this gym. The front desk staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed very unprofessional behaviour. We went in for our first visit, and the woman at the front didn’t greet us or explain anything. Even though we said we were happy to wait, she refused to help us sign up. There was no manager available, and no one seemed to take responsibility. The way she spoke to us felt resistant and discriminatory, which made the experience even worse. Very disorganised and disappointing overall.

Alpha Team Fitness is honestly such a gem of a gym. It’s on the smaller side, but it never feels like you’re missing out—there’s all the equipment you actually need and the space is set up really well. I love that it’s open from 4am to midnight, which makes it super easy to fit a session in no matter how busy the day gets. The free fruit is such a nice touch, and the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Big shoutout to Shikha and Veronica for their yoga classes (always a highlight), Brian for his PT sessions, and of course Moose and Leo, the friendliest gym dogs that make working out feel that much better. Only small improvement I could suggest would be adding more variety to what’s on the TVs, but honestly that’s just nitpicking—this place is a solid 5 stars.

I love the place, the machines are always clean and useful, not broken and not dirty, I like how in the administration give me patience with my doubts to understand how to use a machine, and they have patience to understand how I ask something because I’m Colombian and sometimes is hard for me understand the things in English, and special thanks to Nelly in front desk, I really like this place not going to disappoint you C:

Alpha Gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The facilities are clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety for all types of workouts. The staff and trainers are super friendly and professional. Highly recommend! I am currently training with the best trainer Jun, I am feeling better everyday and I never liked training this much. I am becoming a gym eat I would definitely recommend anyone who hasn't been to gym at all you must try Jun !!!
