Saturday 8am Power Yoga - Fast flow yoga 

Saturday 9pm Vinyasa Yoga - Deep slow flow stretches 

 

Vinyasa Yoga - Deep stretches, perfect for increasing your flexibility and mobility. Focusing on slowing down on each pose and breathing. Linking breath with movement. 

Power Yoga - This class works through a range of different Hatha yoga poses. The Ashtanga yoga poses are performed more quickly and with added core exercises and upper body workout.
