Strength & Toning - Is all about weights, focusing on proper form. Variations of barbell, dumbells and many functional equipment to get you into shape. 

Boxing Circuit - Combining boxing and plyometric exercises for a faster way to burn calories and condition the body. 

Bootcamp - Morning bootcamps are design to burn calories fast in a high intensity full body functional cardio workout.
